BrewCraftJournal is an independent informational website for people in the United States who want clearer home coffee: pour-over and immersion methods, espresso basics, bean freshness, grinders, and cleaning habits.
We are not a café, roastery, product store, subscription club, or certification body. We do not invent staff biographies, barista credentials, client testimonials, lab scores, or success statistics. Brand identity on this site refers to the publication itself.
Who this site is for
Home brewers who want plain-language guidance. Beginners and people restarting after buying new gear are welcome. If you need hands-on training, take a class from a teacher you trust—this site cannot replace that.
How we create content
Guides are original educational writing. We favor checklists, realistic kitchen examples, and links to public references when they help (for example, FDA consumer caffeine information). We update pages when we make substantive edits and show publication and review dates on articles.
